'ZDNET Recommends': What exactly does it mean?
ZDNET's recommendations are based on many hours of testing, research, and comparison shopping. We gather data from the best available sources, including vendor and retailer listings as well as other relevant and independent reviews sites. And we pore over customer reviews to find out what matters to real people who already own and use the products and services we’re assessing.
When you click through from our site to a retailer and buy a product or service, we may earn affiliate commissions. This helps support our work, but does not affect what we cover or how, and it does not affect the price you pay. Neither ZDNET nor the author are compensated for these independent reviews. Indeed, we follow strict guidelines that ensure our editorial content is never influenced by advertisers.
ZDNET's editorial team writes on behalf of you, our reader. Our goal is to deliver the most accurate information and the most knowledgeable advice possible in order to help you make smarter buying decisions on tech gear and a wide array of products and services. Our editors thoroughly review and fact-check every article to ensure that our content meets the highest standards. If we have made an error or published misleading information, we will correct or clarify the article. If you see inaccuracies in our content, please report the mistake via this form.

The Amazon Big Spring Sale is almost over, which means you don't have much time left to snag great deals on big-screen TVs. Fortunately, the 75-inch TCL Q65 is still $150 off at Amazon -- which means you can snag a brand-new, cinema-sized TV for just $550.

Console gamers will appreciate the 120Hz refresh rate, which can be boosted to 144Hz for ultra-smooth motion during fast-paced action sequences. The set also features an automatic low-latency mode to reduce input reaction times that can cause lag between your button presses and on-screen reactions. Gamers and movie buffs alike will be able to take advantage of the QLED panel's ability to create 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color spectrum for better color accuracy and more lifelike images.

How I rated this deal:
While this isn't the steepest discount we've seen on the TCL Q65 (it was 30% off around President's Day), it's still a great value on an already budget-friendly 75-inch TV with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support and a dedicated gaming mode.
When will this deal expire?
The Amazon Spring Sale started on March 25 and ends tonight. However, individual deals are subject to frequent change, and there may be limited stock available at this price. We'll also be checking this deal periodically after the Amazon Spring Sale ends to see if the discount is still available.
